They are in immediate need of a self-motivated Manufacturing Engineer with strong manufacturing and assembly experience. Help drive major cost savings and new product introduction programs while maintaining a strong position in the daily operational part of the business - service, quality and costs. As the Manufacturing Engineer you willDetermine the most efficient methods to produce all parts required for manufacturing providing required machinery, tooling and test equipment and preparing process documents.Work collaboratively with Design and Manufacturing Engineering departments to assist with the evaluation of new products make recommendations regarding cost and materials used.Identify and track lean savings from various lean projects throughout the year.Drive machining method improvement where necessary to meet critical features on prints to ensure 1st time yield of high-quality parts.Analyze part tolerance qualifications and match them to machine capability.Build strong working relationships with all levels of manufacturing and management.Act as project manager for equipment installation projects prepare all necessary documentation for capital equipment qualifications and equipment projects.RequirementsBachelors Degree in engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience implementing lean methodologies in a manufacturing environment, especially with assemblyStrong experience in machining practicesHas the expertise to resolve problems and identify opportunitiesSelf-starter with a strong personal work ethic, possessing excellent time management and communication skillsDynamic, possessing quick paced level, objective and team worker.Kick off a challenging and rewarding engineering career with an international company that is solidly entrenched in their industry.
