As the Engineering Manager, you will apply your technical ability and creativity to significantly impact product innovation, cost and overall efficiency. Required responsibilities IncludeMaximize the reliability, efficiency and capability of existing equipment and processes.Collaborate with customers on proposed projects serve as primary technical interface.Serve as mentor for engineers, support and production personnel.Build systems and tools to increase plant capabilities.Lead technical problem resolution affecting program processes and products.QualificationsBachelors Degree, Engineering preferred.Solid experience in machining processes.Knowledge of Metallurgy and tolerances.Strategic analytical thinking as well as the ability to connect well with others and influence change.Knowledge of programming and producing parts on machine tools for special projects.Well versed in Lean Manufacturing methods.This company enjoys a great reputation in their industry, producing dynamic, high-quality components.
