Registered Nurse --RN Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN Centrus Premier Home Care is seeking caring and responsible Registered Nurses RN and Licensed Practical Nurses LPN to provide homecare services to patients in all Western Mass areas. Currently we have all shifts available on Full time, Part time and Per Diem schedules. Working with the physician, Registered Nurse RN Licensed Practical Nurse LPN develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Centrus RN LPN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.
